As part of this, I help companies focus on reinforcement and adoption – including the use of gamification. I am a pragmatic engineer – engineering the right solution given the constraints and maturity of the client.
I’ve worked for more than 20 years in process design and implementation, as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. While at Sales Benchmark Index, I’ve helped many b-to-b organizations eliminate non-value-add selling and marketing activities resulting in productivity improvements of 20+%.
Prior to joining Sales Benchmark Index, I held senior consulting roles at TDG and Sundoya where I successfully delivered process improvement programs.
I am a part of the international community having lived and work in Spain and Russia – and speaking both languages.
